Running 1 verses 2 A/C units simultaneously in 90+ hot and humid temps

As it warms up in the southeast I am looking for advise. 1 A/C is adequately cooling my 39' 5th wheel. Should I run both A/C units simultaneously to share the load or can I continue with alternating them? Last summer I camped in a park with only 30 amp service, so running both A/C units was not an option. This year I have 50 amp, but also pay separately for my electric. Second question--any recommendations on the use of the "Auto" setting where the unit cycles on/off verses leaving it on "High Fan" which keeps the fan going all the time. Thanks
