Rust Inside Refrigerator

I was cleaning my Dometic RM1350 4-door refrigerator freezer today and noticed what looked like rust stains running down from the inside in the fridge into the drain tray.
I cleaned the tray and area below the fins and upon closer inspection found that whatever Dometic used to attach the fins to the rear wall is rusting. I can't tell if they are screws or rivets but now I'm concerned the fins will eventually come loose.

Nothing else in the fridge can rust. Why would a manufacturer not use a non rusting fastener like stainless steel as well?

Has anyone else noticed this on your fridge??Click image for larger version
