RV Comfort thermostat

We have a 2020 Coachman 30RLS 5th wheel. Thermostat displays temperature but does not work, cannot set zone, air, heat, etc. Dealer replaced and worked fine at dealership. By the time we got to our next destination 4 hours away, same problem, displays temperature, no buttons work. Any ideas?

Are you connected to shore power?
Have you checked the battery voltage to ensure it's ok?
Have you tried to disconnect and reconnect power to it?

Yes, no and yes. We are presently in a rest area and the thermostat is working. Yesterday at a campground on shore power it was not and was not when we left this morning. Batteries are two six volt new last year.

Thanks. No answers as yet. We are in a campground tonight and it is still working . Did stop at Coachman dealer today in route and he could not help as they were booked but mentioned maybe a bad ground. I am an old boater and that was always the first thing you chased, but I am not aware of a thermostat being grounded.
