RVComfort.ZC Thermostat for heat and air

We just purchased a 2018 Rockwood and some of the instruction books are missing. We are having trouble with the furnace just throwing out cold air through the air conditioner vents and I have been trying to find the instruction manual for the RVComfort.ZC thermostat. Does anyone have this thermostat and would be willing to post it for us to copy or does anyone know where I might be able to get it? It must be fairly new because I can't find any info online. Thank you so much for any help!

Never heard of it, take a picture so I know what I'm looking at and then I should be able to help.

Might help if you post the model of your rig. Normally the furnace is ducted thru the floor are you referring to AC/Heat pump when you say furnace?

if the roof AC is running while in heat from the furnace in the floor you have the setting wrong. Make sure fan is set to "auto" and not to "high". If in "high" both the AC and furnace fans will run when there's a call for heat. Had the same problem in mine before I figured it out. Other option is to turn off the breaker to the AC when you're using heat (that's what I did until I read about it here)

Make sure the heating "Mode" is set to gas.

That could be our problem, I think I had the furnace set to electric. Maybe if I turn it to gas it will heat up! Thank you, I will check that out!

Here is the only manual I've been able to find for that thermostat.

Well guess the link did post after all. On ours zone 1 is the living air and gas furnace and zone 2 is the bedroom air and electric heat strip. For gas furnace we have zone 2 turned off on both systems and put zone 1 on gas heat and auto fan. Hope this helps.

A great big thank you for everyone's help. When we purchased the rv and had our tour. I paid close attention to the thermostat because that falls under my job. He told me that zone 1 was the living space and zone 2 was the bedroom. First, this is incorrect, our zone one is the bedroom and the living area is zone 2. That was one problem fixed when I realized what was going on here. The second was dummy me had it set to electric instead of gas. After I set the fan to auto and set the zone to gas, the sweet little furnace kicked right on!! It heated up real fast! It was a nice feeling to feel heat coming out of the registers.j Thank you again everyone. Lots of help and fast! A very great forum!!

I am checking now on setting my air conditioner. You all helped me with the heat. Now for the air conditioner I would want to set my thermostat set to air, my fan set to fan auto and the mode set to electric. Does this sound right? Thank you so much!

I believe it is first pick zone you want, then mode to cool and fan to auto. Not at my camper but trying to recall from my tired brain! Lol!
