Did you opt for the 2nd year warranty from Forest River?

no...but my concern is the "new" one will just do that same thing. So i am trying to find a higher quality or heavier duty one

Where is it warping? Over any particular burner?

Wow that does look bad. Wonder if a local metal fabricating place could make you a heavy duty one.

Is this a dometic stove?
The manufacturer warranty may be longer then the trailer warranty..
I'd contact the manufacturer.

ok called Suburban they have a replacement of higher quality and heavier duty number is 1 423-775-2131. Why you have to them call to get it and not do a recall or w/e I dont understand but w/e its a free upgrade

I've never seen anything like that before. Do you mind if I ask what type of cookware you use and what you cook and for how long on the stove?

I just looked in my Suburban stove top manual, 'Two Year Limited Warranty'.

Man, now I'm curious which grates I have. We use our stove pretty often when we camp. I may call them and ask for the new just because it looks pretty badass.

As for the states in the signature, see if this helps:
