What satelite equipment do I need to use a Directv DVR? Can the Genie be used?

What satelite are you using. Does it need to be HD?

Slimline Dish on a tripod. LNB5. It has to be HD if I'm gonna watch tv!!! LOL

I aim the dish with a Satlook Lite meter. Takes about a minute.

OH.......took the Genie from the house, and one client which wife is using in the bedroom right now, on that tv. Works great.
