Shamrock 23IKSS furnace issues.

First trip in our new 2014 Shamrock 23IKSS. Cool Michigan night and we turned on the furnace to take the chill off. Furnace worked great, the next morning we turned it on again, nothing but cold air. We tried several times after that, no heat. In addition the furnace fan seemed reluctant to turn off when the thermostat was switched to off. Any suggestions ??.
