Shut off valve switch for suburban nt-30sp

Having trouble starting heater. Instructions say there is a shut off switch but I can't find it

There is a switch on side of heater.....

Ok furnace won't come in until I put thermostats at 90 degrees and then turns off after 5 seconds. Turned on stove to make sure I had good pressure and the flames are solid blue.
