Sirius radio says "check SXM antenna"

Regular radio and TV work fine
Sirius was working too but after a rain it stopped working when we turned it on the next morning. Don't know what might be wrong and where to check
We have a 2015 Forester 2501TS

Hello, The antenna has a cable on the back of the radio. often a brass coloued connector or nickel plated. Check this is pushed on all the way. The antenna itself is on the roof, possibly the antenna housing is cracked and water has effected the electronic amplifier board inside. Or the lead in is been cut and has water inside the cable itself,

We are having the same issue! We thought it was a lose connection in the back of Jensen unit. We can't see how to get it out to check this. But knowing this info about wetness, it is probably that. It was raining, going and coming back from FL! Kept getting the check antenna. Put RV up yesterday, had not rained for a few days and it worked great! I guess Camping World or RV repair place could fix this. I don't want my husband climbing on the roof.

Just made appointment with Camping World, service manager agreed it is probably getting wet. Taking it to the NEW (finally) Camping World in Wentzville, MO. Long time coming.
