Sirius xm satellite radio no sound

I have a sirius xm satillite radio that came with my Rockwood entertainment system. I have a subscription for it and it works fine in my truck but I can't get any sound out of it when I install it in the entertainment sys. is there a mode on the am/fm radio that I should use?
My dealer has not been much help.

First, you should post model and year of you Rockwood and the type of entertainment system. That said, the Rockwood we had had a Concertone that had a sat mode IIRC.

How is the Sirius/XM radio connected to your entertainment system?

Unfortunatley I'm not familiar with that model of trailer accessories, but thought there may be some standard functions across the various entertainment systems.

Not sure what you mean by clips in and out of the radio face plate. Is it like a dock?

Is there and AUX or Sat selection/mode on the entertainment system?

I have the same problem with my radio. I have a 3065w Windjammer and the entertainment system is a Genesis, not to user friendly so far. I do have power to the radio, just cannot figure how to get any sound. I have satellite in my truck but it is a seruis. I have been unable to find the mode that allows me to access the radio. I guess its a good unit, just to many functions on one board for me. I have read the instructions and most important I looked at the pictures, just haven't found the right button yet. Chuck in va

I'm guessing the dock for the radio gives it access to antenna. Does the radio show if you have a good signal?

Do you have to run an audio cable between the radio and the satellite receiver?

I have the same unit, you need to find the mode it is connected to mine is connected AU2 mode on the Genesis 3. That will bring on the XM sound thru the system speakers. If not then it is not hooked up or your wire came loose. The picture above is exactly like what I found when I pulled the unit out. It is one big mess behind the unit itself.
