I have a 31 RETS and as far as I can tell the SUB is under the stairs to the bedroom!

Does any one know a way to access this area, ideally with a tool no larger than a screwdriver?

I haven't found my sub-woofer yet,(in a 320RS), and it wasn't hooked up to the TV, had to go buy a fiber-optic cable to get it to work- can believe Foret River didn't hook this up.

I am beginning to think that the stairs may lift out. The way that the carpet is installed and the fact that I can slide a blade under, down the sides and down the back of them makes me think there are a couple of well placed screws somewhere!!

Our sub is not working at at all. Found loose wire, but it still does not work. Even measured to wire from the stereo and it is reading zero volts.Must be the Concertone.

Had to fix 90% of the speaker wires too, wrong polarity. Sounds way better but with no bass from the sound it sounds pretty tinny.
