Stereo System

My outdoor speakers won't work....first trip of the year....I took the head unit out and messed with the wires and they randomly came on for a while, then shut off again. Took the head unit back out and now I can hear music coming through the interior speakers when volume is set at 0, and still no outdoor music. Any thoughts?

First I am new to travel trailers but years of car audio. If you've and it out before check the connections if they are good. I'd run it by a car audio store and have them check outputs.

Jensen? My is doing the same, discovered after roof work was done thought that a speaker wire had been damaged, not so, found some corosion on the circuit board, cleaned, it worked. Checked today not working again I think the unit is done.

I have a Jenson, found fader needs to be turned all the way front or rear to work better. Took a year to finally play with it.

First thing i did when got the trailer was replace the stereo with one for a car, easy. Second was speakers inside. What a difference.
