Stovetop

Used stovetop for the first time today. Question is it the black coating they have one grate supposed to bubble up? Funny thing is its not everywhere the flame was just one little section. Is this normal or should I call my dealer?

Phone call to dealer. Shouldn't bubble.

I would say this. Should it happen? No, but this has been quite common with the trailers I have owned. My gas grill at home did the same thing with the enamel coated grates.
