Stuck DVD!

Hi y'all! On our first trip in our 2017 23FKBS, NJ to WA! Everything has been going great, until we tried to watch a movie on a rainy day. The player won't play it or eject it. It's making a sound like it's trying to eject it, but to no avail. Any tips would be appreciated!

Head over to Walmart and pick up a inexpensive Blueray Player or
Aid the tray opening with your fingers, sometimes you can nudge it along.

Thanks! Unfortunately, it's a slot and not a tray but we may settle for a new player until we can get to a service center.
