Suburban P40 Furnace

Anyone out there with the P40 or NT40 furnace, this is a must have for you!!

It says vintage campers but its still very relevant. I am having lighting problems with my furnace (intermittent) and so I googled some help for it. using the pdf i took the cover off the inside of the furnace, found the electrode, the sight glass, tried the furnace and watched it try once to light, which it failed. had to cycle the thermostat once and watched again and wow its like magic! sparkles then started. It has a nice blue flame but it sometimes had a green tinge to it..

anyhow I shoulda recorded that lol. I put it all back together because i think my issue is the regulator. might need to change it out. I didnt use the stock pos cause well its a pos lol.

also it appears nice and clean inside so thats good!
