Suburban stove / oven

One of the burners on my stove is loose. The other two and oven work fine. Afraid to try lighting the loose one. Turned propane off for safety sake. Cannot get the top of range open to see what's what. Input, suggestions???

Suburban stove / oven

Grab the corner of the top of stove and pull up. Just did it about 15 times over last few weeks. Try to tighten the screw but may have to go slightly larger.

As long as that one is off you are safe.

It can be a little tight, but as HondaMan said, grab the corner and lift up. You may need to stick something in there and pry a little. I'd use something wooden or stiff plastic to prevent chipping the porcelain.

Stove screw

I was able to raise the lid on the stove and found both the screw and a tiny "O" ring laying inside under the loose burner. Got the screw seated in place minus the ring but cannot get it tightened .... too small a space for my fingers and screwdriver to operate. Help??

Get a 90 degree screwdriver from ace/Lowe’s/Home Depot. Keep it in your mobile tool kit- you will need it at times.
