Sunseeker 3050S Entertainment Center Details

OK, I'm on a roll with the questions...

We have a new 2013 SS 3050S MH with the over-cab entertainment center option. We also have the Magnadyne M4-LCD in-dash DVD/iPod/USB unit for playing video and audio. When video is played, it's supposed to be piped to the TV above the cab. While it does work, the picture quality is less than ideal (really crumby) and I can't get the video to the smaller bedroom TV at all.

I'm looking to add some HDMI inputs to the TV and a new switching center in the side cabinet but I can't (without starting to aimlessly remove screws!!) figure out how to access behind the TV to get to the plugs on it.

Has anyone else got any experience with this installation and accessing behind the TV?? There are side panels as well inside the cabinets and I could, as a last resort, get in through them but I'd like to do it properly.

The small TV in the bedroom just lifts off it's mount and is easy to deal with. The large TV in the front ... not so much.
