Television

I know this is probably an easy answer but we've gone from 0-60 and we're learning the bells and whistles of our Forest River (FR3).

Our first camping trip is this coming weekend. We had the FR3 at our home and was figuring all the things out. The tech turned the TV right on--- we cannot get the television on with just the generator.

I know he was plugged into electric when he powered it on, why can't I turn it on running the generator??

Help?

Did you plug your shore cable into the generator outlet? The FR3 does not come with a transfer switch.

What he says ^^^^^^^^^

And.....

Does it still work if you’re plugged in?
The television will easily work on A.C. from a 110 outlet if you have the power adapter cords.

We haven't been plugged in at home and we don't venture out until this weekend but we should be able to run these off the generator, right? We had the generator on and no television.

Do you have any power from the generator? Do you have power to the microwave? Have you checked the circuit breakers on the generator?

Do you have 30a or 50a service? Which TV is not working? FR3 has three TVs.

The microwave also is not working. We are 50amp. I guess my husband will have to check the circuit breakers on the generator.

It apparently has a cover on it.

I'm such a girl with this stuff.
