Wanted to say thank you to Bob Fields at Concertone for all of his help with my new unit. He gave me his personal attention to resolve any issues I had and I am now a satisfied customer and a happy customer. Again thanks to you and all involved.

Only used mine two months so far last fall, but it has worked flawlessly. It was a major step up from the unit we had in our Keystone.

My wife and I are full timers and the only issue with our ZX690 is the LED's don't all work and the DVD is not HD. But we had issues with the first 2 we received and Mr. Fields was right there for us. That kind of personal attention is unheard of. Hell your lucky to get a human to answer the phone let alone a knowlegable rep that can make decisions and act on them.
