Occasionally we get backed up during this time of year.
Support has no emails waiting for responses.
Phone calls can be more difficult to return as typically the techs are on the phone with incoming calls. Emails are returned while multi-tasking. :-)

Thank you for your reply . I did finally receive an email from support yesterday evening however it was not helpful. After I return from my next trip the Concertone unit will be replaced with a Clarion car unit I recently pulled from a vehicle before I sold it.

Call them! Call until you reach a person. If you get the machine, call again.
Repeat as necessary.

They will try to help you.

Thanks Dan & Scott - I appreciate your support. Shiner was right though, we were late getting back to some folks and are evaluating a new system. The lines have been relatively quiet today and we are entering the summer doldrums now that the rush of the pre and post 4th of July weekend and July have passed us.
