Thermostat won't change modes

I have a Dometic dual control thermostat. When I turn it on, it opens to the furnace. I am unable to change it to any other mode. I've pulled the fuse and flipped the breakers with no luck. Any suggestions?

Hate to hi-jack thread but.. .

I can't figure out how to start my own, and my problem is with a thermostat.
I have an older Dometic Duo-therm Comfort Control Center that can't be read anymore without the assistance of a flashlight. I cleaned the contacts on the 10 amp fuse that is associated with the system but no help there. The thermostat appears to be functioning normally, but the LCD is just too light to read.

It sounds like a low voltage or bad stat display to me.

Here is a link to the manuals for some of these systems. Not sure this is the right years... I just played on google for a minute. A/Cs are pretty far down. If you don’t see it...I guess post a stat pic and we can try to figure it out.
