Three wire Dometic Thermostat change to Honeywell

Hello Everyone

My new 329 BHT 2015 Lacrosse TT has a Black Dometic thermostat which was causing me to many problems.

I would like to change it out with a Honeywell RTH6400 or a Honeywell RTH230 series which I have on hand.

The problem is that both those Honeywell thermostats don't have a high and low fan adjustment just Auto/On also the Dometic only has wires going to it and that is all there is coming out of the wall of the TT. The three wires are red, white and green. I tried hooking it to both Honeywells but couldn't get anything to happen.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you
Rob

From my understanding that dometic can't be changed out. I have the same one and am hoping to ditch it also.

Connect green wire to G, white wire to W and red wire to Rc/Rh (with jumper wire in place between Rc/Rh). You will have only one fan speed.
