Touch Audio VD - 400i malfunction

My touch audio has stopped responding to any touch commands. The display background is still blue but with no other display. No sound. Is there a known remedy for this or is it time for an upgrade?? The unit is exactly one year old...
Thank you in advance!

I had the same problem once. Open where the disk goes and you will see a reset button (hole) that a toothpick will fit in. This did the trick for me.
