I put 3 of these going up the stairs in my 5th wheel. The lowest one comes on when I open the outside door. Provides enough light to find the other light switches. They light up the stairs real good when coming down for a midnight snack without disturbing the DW.

LOL, It's not the rabid bats the DW is worried about.... It's Mickeys' relatives she's afraid of!

We have a light sensitive night-light near the panel when we are connected to power. Also can leave the step light on if on shore power. My trouble is more finding the switch when it is dark and the camper is NOT on AC. For that, I have a small circle of glow-in-the dark paint on the entry switch (the overhead light by the door). There's enough glow to find the right switch. I also like the idea of glow-in-the-dark tape mentioned earlier.

Put a tiny light on your key chain. I like the previous comment about the battery operated puck light. Use the light on your cell phone.

We bought a blue tooth plug. Plug it into the wall outlet, then a small table plugs into the Bluetooth plug. When we get close to the TT I can turn on the light with the app and Bluetooth I my phone. I found this at target but I bet Amazon would have them. Very good for outdoor lights too. No more going outside to turn them off.
