LED modules consist of LED chips and radio frequency components that generate the voltage and current the LED chip requires. The cheap modules use cheap components that radiate signals that interfere with the tv signals.

These fixtures don't have sockets - you can't put a bulb in them. Replacing the entire fixture is the only real option.

We have the same model as the OP. Never used the tv with the antenna, but for sure the LED's screw up the radio reception. The closer the light fixture is to the radio, the more noticeable the effect.

I know the newer Roo's/Shamrocks have a different LED fixture. Curious if they have the same issue. For the radio, we have gotten around that by streaming instead of using the radio. Not as easy to do that for video.

I only checked it with four out of the seven or eight lights that are in the camper. I really did not feel like trouble shooting the problem right then since I got the channel to coming finally and only felt like watching the superbowl. One of the lights was the furtherest and another was the closest to the antenna. All of them affected the reception.

Cheap LEDs are your problem. You may have to replace the entire fixture or fixtures. It will only effect weak TV signels.

Not only the lights, but on my new 2016 Shasta FQ185 when I run my power awning in or out my tv also looses signal. Thinking it might have something to do with the wires close to the coaxle mabee ?

Here is an example. I work in this field. The over the air broadcast for example in my area channel 4.1 is broadcast on frequency 129mhz, most over the air channels are between 111mhz and 231mhz. LED lights emit frequencies that could disrupt the signal over the air if there are loose or poor connectors or poor shielding on the antenna or junk LED light as described. Same thing in your house if your internet is running crappy or your tv is pixilating. Ingress kills RF signal. Lower the frequency the worst.

There are filters you can install that will fix this but between the filter cost and hours of labor, probably better to replace the lights. (they're called RF filters ) I talked about this at length a while back but am on cell phone right now with limited time and internet service, can't find it searching. . I'm in Japan visiting daughter who just had our first Grandchild! I'll be at computer tonight and should be able to find it then.

Cheap LED bulbs are usually the problem. They create RF interference.

I have the exact same thing. I replaced the bulb in the porch light with LED. Light on...signal loss...light off...perfect picture.

I have a Rock wood mini-lite 2306. I had a problem which drove me crazy for a long time and finally figured it out. Yes. The LED lighting was the problem. We have a very strong local channel (10) which is totally eliminated every time ANY internal LED light fixture was turned on. It only affected this channel but may have affected others if we had them in our area. Channel 10 operates from 192 to 198 MHz. Assuming that the LED driver circuits operate on a similar frequency or a sub harmonic of that. Since 90 % of the internal lighting is LED I never looked into the fix. But these LED drivers that are being used in some Forrest river products blast out RF that messes with tv reception.
