TV Antenna help

We have a 2015 Freedom Express that has a permanent TV antenna, does not crank up like wingard. It does not appear to have a method to rotate it yet is obviously directional. No info provided in owners pack. Any help appreciated.

Will send Photo later, No idea what Mfgr or model is as we re missing quite a bit if the literature that should be in the owners packet. Will try to get more info.
