TV audio output

Hello all and thank you in advance for help,

I just picked up my 2016 Surveyor 33rets on this past Wednesday. When I did I questioned the dealer about why the tv would not produce sound over the sound bar and was told they didn't mess with any of the wiring for the system and its how it came from the factory. I tested the outputs on the Jensen TV last night and it appears to not be transmitting any signal through the rca audio out jacks. I doubled tested the audio input on the sound bar by placing the audio jacks from the DVD player into them and they are working fine. Even took a spare rca cable I had and hooked them up from the tv to the sound bar just in case the factory cables were bad. Still no sound. Wanted to get some other opinions before I call the dealership and request a replacement tv.

I'm not sure if mine is the same as yours but I just got my 32" sound output working by turning off speakers in the "audio" settings and then in "setup" settings switching audio output from "variable" to "fixed".

Ok, thanks I will give that a try when I get back to the camper this afternoon.

On our Jensen system, the TV does not go through the sound system unless you physically connect the TV output to the AUX input on the DVD player with a patch cord.
