Use bike ladder mount for Satellite dish

I have the Winnegard Pathway X1 and was looking for some way to mount it up high but not permanently on the roof. I know King has their window mount and I was looking at the King Quest but it wouldn't fit under the dinette seat like the Winnegard.
I do see a ladder mount out there for this model for $125+. Thought about adapting my old bike ladder carrier. At first glance, I don't know if it would be high enough. Perhaps the ladder mount could be cut down. It's just resting on a piece of plywood for now. Has anyone made anything like this?

Not a bike mount, but made several of these.

I brought a ladder mount for my Tailgator and then I brought a tripod and with extra aluminum pipe that I purchased I could put that Tailgator 16 ft up. I went with Direct but I still have the Tailgator
