Using Genesis GT 3.0 TV speakers buzz, why?

I have a 2015 Flagstaff 5th wheeler with Genesis GT 3.0 system. The dealer hooked everything up and everything works. The only thing I have a problem with is the speakers buzz when we watch TV, either cable, antenna or satellite. Can anyone help? The V volume is set on AUX 2.

This can be your LED lighting if you have that. Turn them ALL off to see if the buzzing stops.

Try a ground loop isolator if not located in the LEDs.

Thank-you, I'll give it a try. It was not the LED lights.

Herk is spot on. Most buzzing coming through a 12 volt audio system is typically the cause of a grounding issue. Does it also buzz on radio or CD/DVD? If so, perhaps try to find a better ground for the stereo or as he mentioned add an isolater.

Genesis GT 3.0 issue need help!

I just had my radio changed out by Forest River in December 2013.
Just found out that the radio and DVD sound only comes out the center and rear speakers until the unit heats up and then 5.1 starts to work. When the a speaker are off and B is on you can hear the A speakers in front start to crackle. I think there is a cold solder issue.
All the wiring is checked and was correct.
Has anyone else had this issue?
Should I try FR to see if they will replace this unit?
Thanks in advance.
