Cool very noisy furnace

Hi all
Just picked up my 2010 Flagstaff fifth wheel 8526RLS. Great looking and seems to have a pretty good fit and finish. Everything works as it should except that I started the furnace and after 5 minutes ther is an incredibly loud vibration type noise. Might be the fan bearings or a sympathetic vibration in the metal frame somewhere. Any thoughts before I shcedule a warranty service appointment. Thanks

If it was the fan bearings you would hear it right from the start. It sounds like it could be the burner and the gas pressure is not set properly. Other than taking things apart to look for something loose you can check the gas pressure with a manometer. Propane should be at 11" water column. If unfamiliar with this I'd call the dealership and have them take care of it.

Probably just a harmonic vibration of some sort. Furnaces are usually noisy but not like what you describe. As it's under warranty I would let the dealer take care of it if you trust them.

Sounds like something happening after it gets hot. I agree with the above, let the dealer take care of it. Probably something loosens with heat and harmonics making the noise.
