Warranty Parts

I just bought a new travel trailer in March. I have a list of warranty work that needs to be done. The dealership came out about a month ago and the technician said 10 days for parts. Every time I call the dealership, they state they are waiting for parts. The main issue I would like resolved is the control panel needs to be replaced. Right now I am not able to use the awning or electric slide outs. I have a 6 month old baby, so the awning would be nice to use. Does anybody know if there is a number at Forest River I can call to see what parts have been ordered and when they are coming? I would like to bypass the dealership as I am not sure that they are being honest with me and I have a hard time getting a hold of anyone and then when I do, I do not get any straight answers. Otherwise, does anyone know how much a control panel is and if I would be able to order and install myself? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have a 2014 Heritage Glen.

Ronn posted the number for the Sabre warranty manager (Gary Grigsby- great guy) which won't necessarily help with a Wildwood Heritage Glen.

It seems to depend on where you're located as to who you need to talk to.

NEVER believe the dealer when they stated that they're "waiting on parts".
many times they are holding parts orders until they get enough to save on shipping costs.
many members have posted about finding out that the dealer hadn't even ordered the parts yet, from FR.

contact FR Parts Dept. directly and see if your dealer actually did put the order in.

X2 on bikendan's comments. We have a pretty good dealer, but after several conversations with them with the "would you please be honest with me before I pack up and find another dealer" comments, they confirmed just that. They will sometimes wait for a bulk shipment. Might even ship stuff in another camper enroute to the dealer. Sometimes, our dealer will wait until eveyrthing has arrived before anything is done. They may have 9 out of 10 parts, but work will not start until the 10th part is in. Not knocking our dealer, but, my mind just doesn't work like that. If it comes in, replace it, or put it on, and at least show me you're doing something or making progress. I avoid dealing with the dealership at all costs, just because I can get parts pretty quick, and have something fixed in a day or two opposed to weeks. I will pay for convenience.
