Rob and Lis,

Her is the manual for your converter. It contains a trouble shooting section to help you determine if your WFCO converter is the problem.

Ground connections are always suspect in cases like yours, so if the converter is not charging your battery, you need to check the battery and its connections (including fuses) as well.

Additionally, a dead battery CAN NOT be charged with the converter.

You must remove it (them) and use a car charger to bring it (them) up to full charge and reinstall it (them).

The reason is a dead battery looks to the converter like a dead short and will shut it down to prevent overload in the converter.

There is a little paperclip on the top like of the advanced menu.
Click on the paperclip and then "browse" for the JPG photo (or other supported file type - watch limit on the size of the photo).

Then click upload to embed the photo in your post.

I had the same problem with my set-up. Discovered it was not the TT but the TV. On my model TV the battery feed wire is not hooked up at the factory. On my TV it was a matter of simply bolting the supply wire to the fuse box and problem solved. Just a thought for you.

I am not at all familiar with Class C motor home wiring and charging circuits. Perhaps an owner of a similar coach might chime in.
