What type of A/C unit for front bedroom

I have a 2012 Cedar Creek Silverback 35QB4 and I want to install an A/C unit in the front bedroom. What type goes in? It is already prewired. Thanks.

Most decide on what is already installed. Normally a 15k BTU is the living room. Then a 13k BTU is for the bedroom.

On my Sabre, I added a second 15k btu ducted unit. It was nice being able to get it cold quickly, even in 100į temps. Also, we'd run that front ac when watch television or hanging out in the living area.

Thanks. Is there a particular brand or model number?

I used a dometic brisk air 2. Do some quick research online. It really depends on what you want from it. I wanted ducted so I could run either one and cool the living area. Some don't need or want that so a non ducted is fine. I also went a full 15k unit as I figured if I had enough to power two units is have enough to power to 15's. I ordered mine online from cheapest place I could find and installed myself in a couple hours.

I had installed a Dometic Penguin II non ducted in my bedroom. It's a low profile model to keep the clearance down. The Wildcat was prewired for an A/C in the front air vent and it was dropped into the opening that was running in a half an hour.

We have a Dometic penguin also. Just wish it had a heat strip. Something to think about. We heat the camper mostly with electric logs and electric blanket on master bedroom. But the middle of the night bathroom trips you think long and hard about before getting out if the warm bed

I wish I would of gotten the heat strip also but the good deal I got didn't include it. I wish I get it after the fact.

Elind. Some won't allow the addition of a heat strip just so you know
