Wildwood 372fkds Air Conditioner

We are the new owners of a 2011 Forest River Wildwood 372fkds.

In order to get the air conditioner to work, we must do a complete power off from the fuse panel. The air conditioner will then come on and work. When it gets to temperature it powers off.

When it comes back on, we can hear the unit working but the fan does not start.

A complete power off is required to have it come back on.

Any help out there or suggestions?
