XM Radio on Concertone zx600

How in the world do I get my XM radio to work on the zx600? I am using my xm radio from the house so I know it works. I have a valid subscription but when I install it in the concertone cradle, I don't know how to get it to work. I have tried different inputs, etc but nothing seems to work. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

If it is the correct radio and cradle combination, then you only need to switch the radio to "satellite". IF it is not working on Sat, then I would suspect that your Concertone has a problem.

It is possible that the cradle connection to the Concertone has come loose.

Are you using an OnyX XM Receiver? This is the only model that will work in this cradle.
