Zx50 err

I just bought a Catalina in February and it came with the Concertome ZX50 installed. The other day it quit playing in the middle of a CD and the screen said ERR.

I know it is covered under my warranty still, thank goodness. However, is this a common occurence for Concertone. I don't know much about them, but I see a LOT of messages!

Thanks,

Most likely only people with problems post to include myself. However, I have had three campers in the last couple of years all three concertone systems had problems. I just received a replacement of my ZX700 to the new Genesis/ZX800. I will say it works much better than any of the others. I mean all aspects actually work. The only problem it has is a slight hum when watching DVDs. The hum comes and goes and I can live with it. To not have to use an external player is nice. We will see how long this one lasts. I hope for the life of the camper.
