I just took my 2010 Puma 31BHSS out of storage today and my ZX700 will not power up...No power what so ever!!!It worked fine when I put it in storage last fall..Is there a fuse somewhere that I could check?Any suggestions on how I can fix this problem would be most welcome!!!Thank You..

That is exactly what happened to mine. There was an in-line fuse behind the unit on mine but it was fine. Real rat's nest back there but you can trace it from the back of the unit.
These units are complete junk! (Sorry I'm not quite over it yet)

Is everything else 12V working?

I found the fuse!!It is a flat fuse that was plugged directly into the back of the unit right next to all the wires that are plugged into it.It was burnt out...I replaced it and the unit is working fine now...Sure saved me a lot of trouble not having to bring it in to the dealer to have it repaired!!!Thanks so much everyone!!It is very much appreciated....

Nope!
It was toast.
I have a thread here on what I did.
See 'Concertone replacement Completed" if you want more info.
I'm glad yours was just a blown fuse.
