In the message box, hit the "Go Advanced" button. Next, click on the paper clip at the top of the box. Click on "Chose File" from the pop-up box, and find the picture on your computer. I am unable to locate the "Go Advanced" button.

Look at the bottom of this thread. There is a Quick Reply window. Below that are two buttons. One for Post Quick Reply and the other is Go Advanced.

Two red arrows. Click either button in the first picture to change to the advanced reply window.

Click the arrow in the second picture to open another window that will allow you to select the pictures to load.
