Bangor/Bucksport Maine Campgrounds

Can anyone suggest a good camp ground to stay at in the Bucksport/Bangor Maine area? We prefer a pull through parking spot for our 31 ft 5th wheel. We are newbies and are still learning the backup thing with our rig. Thanks for any suggestions.

Never been but I'm in Maine right now for a week in kennebunkport. Neighbors here just came from Acadia park and recommended Hadley's point. Said it was fantastic and had pull thrus. Doesn't look but a few miles from Bangor.

Found them great to deal with, stayed there for a week this year in a 38ft fth wheel.

Pumpkin patch is just up the road, we stay there for an overnight when just passing through. Great people, very helpful but find it too much like a great big parking lot for extended stays.

Searsport campground. Awesome spot, expensive but your on the water. It is 45 minutes from the Bangor but is a tourist town in itself.
