Best route to take to Cherokee KOA NC

Traveling from Farmville NC to Cherokee NC KOA
Anyone have any ideas on the best route to use. I have a 35 ft coach pulling a toad.
I heard that I should not use HWY 19 ?

You are correct. Avoid Hwy 19...Maggie Valley..SoCo Gap..

Take 74 to 441
