CG Suggestions I-81 WV. VA

Looks like we may lose our regularly scheduled trip to PA to the weather and flooding.
Looking for suggestions for CGs on I81 that would put us in the vicinity of Caverns and Skyline drive ETC.

Our unit is a 5th wheel 5 slides 42' long. looking for Mon7-30 till Thurs AUG 2

We just stayed at the Natural Bridge KOA at $45 a night with full hook up including cable and WiFi. There is a lot there to see and do in the area. This was a fourth stay here.

I see that you have your grandson listed and if he is going to be with you, you might check out the Jellystone in Luray, VA. We took our girls and had planned to check out the caverns, but with all the amenities in the campground, we never left for 3 days. We'll have to go back again.

X2. Plenty of things to do at Jellystone for the kids. Our son and family (3 grandkids) met us there last year and rented a cabin, and us in our Lexi.
Nice park, big as are all the Jellystones. Caverns are near, and so is the BR Pkway.
But, I'd call ahead as to condition of park in reference to standing water/flooding. Lots of rain here in the Shenandoah Valley last week, this week, and more expected next week.

Walnut Hill Campground is a few miles off 81 in Staunton...and simply great.
Former KOA that is better than ever.
Close to all the attractions.

Endless caverns Campgrpond

Sorry for the late response but I have heard from 2 different people this summer that Endless Caverns CG is awesome. Sites are huge with stone fire pits, pool scene is great, DJ for the kids, cave tours, etc. Figured I would pass it along. We are definitely incorporating it into our next trip down that direction. And its right off 81.
