Question Charleston, SC

My baby sister just had a baby on Monday and we are planning a trip to Charleston, SC to visit. Has anyone stayed at the Oak Plantation Campground? Oak Plantation Campground: Charleston Campground, Camping in South Carolina

Just wanting to see if anyone can give us a review or idea about the sites?

Thanks
James

James Island County Park is also nice. I'll be there for the weekend the first weekend in August for a wedding in Charleston.

We were there in June and it was great.
FYI we were on a water/electric/30 amp site no sewer.
This meant we were almost alone on a row with towering live oak trees
around us. Not total shade but pretty nice.
Some of the rows with full sewer hookups were more busy.
We didn't try the pool but it looked OK.
Bathhouse was huge and clean.
Staff was friendly.
They have WiFi
Some sites had concrete pads. Ours was just close clipped grass.
It was fine.
I'd go back no problem.

They sold me a Good Sam membership for $15
I saved that much right there at the Oaks.
