given that PA turnpike is 80% construction zone maybe they should just drop the speed limit on it. MD started that 2 years ago, I think its a good thing though never really caused my any problems as I am at most a 10 over driver when not towing, and usually at the speed limit or max of 65 when I am towing.

It's definitely not a money making scheme. If it were a lot more people would be getting tickets. The State Police are more concerned with aggressive drivers & overall safe traveling.
