Daytona 2018

Looking at attending speed week in Daytona 2018. Would like to camp the entire time, really not looking for infield camping. I have checked the KOA which is close by, right now they have vacancies . Does anyone have any helpful info ? Looking for a campground in the area that will have a shuttle available to ferry people to the racetrack and other events. I would prefer leaving to driving to others while there. Prefer full hookups. Thanks again for any suggestions you may have.

We have been going for the past two years. 20188 will be our third time and we stay just for the weekend, Saturday to Monday in the infield. We have the same spot every year and it's $600 bucks, $1,000 if we want to stay for the whole week. They also halve camping available outside of the track and you can camp there for the entire event. There are shuttles running all day so you never have to drive. The shuttles take you from inside and outside the track. Our first year, we were going to camp somewhere else, but could not find anything available nearby and we ended up getting our current site last minute. Now we just renew it every year. I think the camping spot outside of the stadium is GEICO park, west. The prices are on the website. Still free shuttle to and from midway to campground toFan Zone. Compare the cost of camping to parking and I think you will break even.
