A lot of folks we camp with say they need to change the name of the bridge as there is nothing NICE about it

There is nothing "Nice" about this bridge especially when you are towing something.

We live in Richmond and shudder every time we have to go north to D.C. or back down. I-95 can have a good day or a bad day. One time I traveled from Annapolis to Richmond via 95 south and it took me seven hours - not two+. I rode the brake the whole way! So next time I took 301 south and yes to lights and malls - but there were many beautiful spots and sights too. Is it the journey or the destination - or both? Good luck!

So it's ok to go thru tunnels if tanks are empty?

According to most websites you can only travel with 10 lbs or less of Propane but you can traveling tanks are empty but is not worth the hassle if they pull you over because they will and that is at least an hour of your time while the weigh them

To avoid DC - 495, I take 695 or I go thru 77-80 via PA. But several had told me they have turned their tanks off and had gone thru the tunnel. My sister told me she saw a few last weekend when she driving to Florida via SUV, along with Semis and propane tanks.
