Question: There is a big field right outside of the entrance to this campground. There were dozens of people in the field looking at things in the grass. Is that area rich in nature or live animals? Looked like some type of guided nature walk... just curious.
We've walked the meadow several times. There are lots of wildflowers and insects to see and frequently you can share the meadow with deer in the mornings. I do believe there are some guided walks but it's been a few years since I've been so you may want to call the Ranger.
