Final Trip of The Year

Well the TT is loaded and ready for the final trip of the season. Went by too fast and didn't get enough time in the TT but when we did, it was great!

Heading to Fisherman's Memorial State Park in Rhode Island. Taking the long way to detour through Chichester, NH Camping World to look at a Keystone Bullet Premier 19FB.

Cheers!

Enjoy the trip, nice TT too . I don't think I will be trading it anytime soon, why are you thinking about it?

We will be going through Rutland 3d week of December for a PSIA ski week at Killington. Save us some snow.

Well you have to look me up when you are at The Beast. I am a Level 3 and my wife teaches full time in the Snowsports School. PM me for contact info.

We are taking longer trips and a bigger shower appeals to us. Other than that we like the unit.

You can also quit your job and head for Arizona for the winter.
Warm and dry here and most places never get snow.

Wow! Will I be banned from this site if I do jump ship? I've learned a lot from everyone and hope I would still be welcome. I feel like Chuck Connors in Branded where they broke his sword in half and tore off the buttons on his uniform!

PM sent. Thanks much.

I have to agree that shower is just a bit small. I have to put shampoo etc. in the sink as there is no room/place in the shower itself. However, the oxygenics shower performance has made us more accepting of the space limitations.

See you in December on lots of snow .

We were planning a last trip starting next weekend for about 10 days. Unfortunately, I took a spill while working in the garage on Wednesday and have dislocated the middle joint of the middle finger of my left hand. It will be in a splint for 4 to 6 weeks. I won't be able to drive and setting up/taking down camp would be difficult with only one fully functional hand.

Since DW can't drive the rig due to the lack of adjustability of the driver's seat and steering column, it looks like I'll be winterizing instead, slowly and carefully with one hand, I suppose. Bummer!

That is an advantage of living in SE Texas, going to the Texas FROG Rally in Kerrville, TX from 10-9 thru 10-14 and then in November, four days in Louisiana at a casino RV park. The casino RV park is one of the best that I have ever been in and at just $18 per night and after some time at the crap tables with free drinks, a free buffett for both of us. Life is good!

We were in the middle of planning our season close-out trip when I had an accident trying to get more room in our re-cycle wheelie bin. Dislocated middle finger, left hand is going to be in a splint for another 3 weeks, bruises all over the palce and a black eye.

Going to be winterizing in a few days instead of going out on a season finale. Bummer!

WHJ - you're killing me!! Is $18 with full hookups? Buffet sweet! What is the name of the RV park? Could be a item on my major road trip dream!!!!

Ok, we looked at the Bullet and the next size up. Not impressed. DW said less counter space and thought the space under the sink was a disaster. Also thought the quality of the cabinets was less than our 2109S. We are now going to look at a Ultra lite 2304S with the queen bed option. Still would like to look at a CruiserRV VS-19FK.

Anyone have thoughts on differences between the Rockwood Mini Lite vs Ultra Lite?
