Gulf Shores, Alabama and Destin, Fl are both great locations. Both have several RV locations to chose from. This week there are snowflakes in the Panhandle. 80 degrees and some skeeters from Tampa on south. But bugs not a big problem in the winter months. As you have already been warned, this is a very busy time in Florida. The earlier you makes a res the better. Also while on the road calling in first thing in the morning can often get you in if there is turn over. But sites fill up very quick. Haif of Canada and the North East are already down here!
