True! Most CGs are booked solid by October . Most snowbirds make reservations for the following year prior to leaving. Some will have a few sites open for those that arrive early or transients for an overnight or 2. FL sites are inexpensive until November then prices skyrocket. Through April. Many are putting permanent units on sites to sell or rent making fewer sites available. Way too few sites available for families with kids in school

You can book FSP 11 months in advance. Each has a 14 day limit. There are several state parks here that would allow you to book and hop every 14 days less than 50 miles apart.
Along with many in Georgia that allow long term after October.
