We were there back in march. A lot of hiking trails that we couldn't get them all in, so we're going back in november. We liked it. I understand some flooding there at the moment & they're redoing a group of campsites through feb 2014. Really nice park.

This on our list for next summer.

Manatee sp is a great park. The best time Is around march. Tight for large RV's.

Just got a reservation at camp gulf. In the beach area. Nice that is on the beach but still way to crowded for my taste. But still it's my own accommodation and don't have to deal with hotel patronization. <grin>

Beautiful park. Lots of good history there. We have a lacrosse 318bhs (36ft) very tight cornering and watch for trees and ticks.

Nice park with beautiful suspension walk bridge, small & not much to do but worth the stay...about 30 mins north of the park is Ichetunkee, great tubing there & swimming springs
There are two campground loops @ O'Leno...Magnolia loop accommodates larger campers...the other loop is very tight to maneuver though & better suited for small TT's & pop ups.

FYI, Anyone going to OLeno the weekend of 10/26, High Springs will be hosting a classic car show downtown. The Great Outdoors restaurant on the corner of Main and 1st is a great place to eat. Its in the old Opra House building.
